Acceptable Use Policy

This policy applies to the DuoBrief app, website, support services, and optional cloud features.

You must not

• record, transcribe, store, or share a conversation without legally required notice or consent;
• use DuoBrief to violate privacy, intellectual-property, confidentiality, employment, or other rights;
• submit unlawful, abusive, deceptive, discriminatory, exploitative, or malicious content;
• attempt unauthorized access, defeat security controls, probe other users' data, or disrupt the service;
• introduce malware, automate abusive traffic, scrape restricted areas, or reverse engineer where prohibited;
• use generated material as an unreviewed basis for high-impact decisions or impersonate another person; or
• use DuoBrief in violation of sanctions, export controls, or other applicable law.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected misuse and limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, the service, or comply with law. We will consider context and proportionality where practical.

Report product abuse through DuoBrief Support. Formal legal notices may be sent to legal@duobrief.app.
